Pharmaceutics International Inc (Pii), a contract development and manufacturing organisation in the United States, announced yesterday that it has named Hank Nowak as its new vice president of Business.

Nowak joins the company with around 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently serving as the head of Global Business Development at Metabolon Inc. Prior to Metabolon, Hank held Business Development leadership positions with Banner Pharmacaps, DSM Pharmaceuticals and Patheon Manufacturing Services Inc, having started his career as a research scientist with Bristol-Myers Squibb.
