Canada-based TerrAscend, a biopharmaceutical and wellness company involved in the global cannabinoid market, has named Jeffrey J Puglisi as its new chief corporate officer, it was reported yesterday.

Puglisi will be responsible for the oversight and execution of the firm's US strategy.

Puglisi has been the executive vice president of Business Development and Corporate Affairs of the firm since December 2017. He has more than 30 years of experience in the capital markets and the securities industry. He co-founded Puglisi & Co. He also founded Puglisi Capital Partners LP.
