It was reported yesterday that Ireland-based Allergan has named Charles Hugh-Jones as its new senior vice president and chief medical officer.
Hugh-Jones was earlier Pfizer Oncology's chief medical officer. His career has seen him work for Bayer in various roles including executive director, global medical affairs oncology and as chief medical officer, North America for Sanofi.
The company has also appointed Neurobiologist Michael Greenberg to its board of directors. Greenberg has more than 35 years of experience. This appointment is the fifth new director appointed in 18 months.
