Unlimited Group, an independent agency group that says it deploys science to better understand and track human behaviour, and to inspire and enable truly effective creativity for brands, has named Michael Richards as its new group managing director, it was reported on Tuesday.

The appointment comes following the recent announcement of the group's restructure and rebrand around its seven core disciplines.

Richards joins the group from VCCP, where he held the role of international managing director. He will head the group's partners' board and will report into the group chairman, Ian Ferguson.
