Ranir Names Huff, Parham to Board of Directors
14 September 2017 - - US-based oral care products producer Ranir has appointed Scott Huff and Richelle Parham to its board of directors, the company said.

Huff recently retired as executive vice president of the consumables and health and wellness divisions at Walmart.

In this role, he drove merchandising strategies in areas such as beauty and personal care, pets, household paper and chemicals, baby, OTC, pharmacy and optical.

At Walmart, Huff has also been responsible for merchandising execution, replenishment, store layout, supplier diversity, planning, pricing, modular development and joint business planning.

He joined Walmart in 1994 as an intern, moving up in a variety of buyer roles and eventually serving as merchandise manager.

Huff was promoted to divisional merchandise manager in 2002 and then to vice president in 2003 with responsibility for snacks, beverages and alcohol.

In 2007, Huff was promoted to regional vice president for region 26, covering Arkansas and southern Missouri.

Huff serves on the advisory councils for The Jones Center and the College of Business at Missouri State University.

Parham has more than 20 years of global strategy and marketing experience for prolific corporations such as eBay, Visa, Digitas and Citibank.

In 2016, Parham joined Camden Partners, a leading private equity firm, as a general partner. Her focus is investing in growth stage global consumer companies.

Prior to Camden Partners, Parham served 4.5 years as VP chief marketing officer of eBay where she leveraged her background in consumer and digital marketing to develop strategies and execute all marketing activities to reach 180+ m active eBay users.

Parham was responsible, globally, for eBay brand strategy and brand marketing, Internet marketing and CRM.

She was also responsible for all areas of eBay North American marketing, including customer product marketing, loyalty and relationship marketing, seller marketing and social.

Prior to joining eBay, Parham served as head of global marketing innovation and initiatives, and head of global marketing services at Visa Inc.

Her experience also includes 13 years at Digitas, Inc., a world leading marketing agency, where she held a variety of senior leadership roles, including senior vice president and general manager of the agency's Chicago office.
