Medical technology company RaySearch Laboratories AB (publ) (STO:RAY-B) announced on Thursday that GenesisCare UK has ordered the RayStation treatment planning system.
GenesisCare UK, an independent cancer care provider, will replace its Pinnacle radiotherapy system with RayStation. The new system will support advanced treatment techniques, enhancing GenesisCare's adaptive radiotherapy capabilities.
RayStation's software will facilitate remote planning across GenesisCare's 14 centers, enabling national collaboration among dosimetrists and physicists. This strategic move reinforces GenesisCare's commitment to high-precision cancer treatments. Advanced technology licenses acquired will further bolster their treatment offerings.
