GMSS Holdings LLC, the parent company of medical supply distributor Geriatric Medical & Surgical Supply LLC, announced on Tuesday that it has acquired DDP Medical Supply, a distributor of medical and diabetic supplies.
This acquisition expands GMSS Holdings' footprint, establishing a medical supply distribution network focused on chronic, post-acute and home care providers.
Both companies will maintain their brands and solutions while benefiting from increased scale, improved distribution infrastructure and expanded service offerings.
