Genomma Lab Internacional, SAB de CV (BMV:LABB), a pharmaceutical and personal care products company in Latin America, announced on Tuesday that it has filed a Notice of Rights with the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores) declaring a cash dividend of MXN0.200000 per share on its common stock, representing a total amount of MXN200,000,000.

This is unchanged from the previous quarterly dividend.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on 17 September 2024.
