Pharvaris NV (NASDAQ: PHVS), a late-stage biopharmaceutical company developing oral bradykinin B2 receptor antagonists for bradykinin-mediated angioedema, on Tuesday announced positive top-line results from its CHAPTER-3 pivotal Phase 3 study of deucrictibant extended-release (XR) for preventing hereditary angioedema (HAE) attacks.
The company plans to use the data to support marketing authorisation applications from the first half of 2027.
