ABL Diagnostics (Euronext Paris:ABLD), a provider of molecular biology tests, announced on Friday that it has signed a multi-year contract with a European pharmaceutical company focused on neurodegenerative diseases for services provided by CDL Pharma and distributed by ABL Diagnostics.
This agreement supports an international clinical programme spanning 30 centres across 11 countries in North America, Europe and Asia.
The contract includes an upfront payment of more than EUR100,000 and has a potential total value of approximately EUR2.7m through 2031, with revenue to be recognised progressively based on service delivery and the advancement of the clinical programme.
Under the agreement, CDL Pharma will provide operational management of international clinical trials, biological sample logistics and transportation, sampling kit design and management, cryogenic storage, and biomarker analysis services. ABL Diagnostics will act as the distributor of these services to the end customer.
The company said the contract enhances multi-year revenue visibility and reflects the continued expansion of its value-added services in international clinical research.
