Clinical-stage biotechnology company Sensei Biotherapeutics Inc (Nasdaq:SNSE) announced on Monday that it has changed its corporate name to Faeth Therapeutics Inc, with its common stock expected to begin trading under the ticker symbol 'FTH' on 16 June 2026.
The company has also launched a new corporate website at www.faeththerapeutics.com.
Stockholders approved the conversion of Series B preferred stock issued in connection with the February 2026 acquisition of Faeth Therapeutics and concurrent private placement, with shares converting into common stock on 15 June 2026. The company raised approximately USD200m in gross proceeds from the private placement.
Faeth Therapeutics appointed Anand Parikh as chairman, president and CEO, Brian Stephenson, Ph.D., CFA as chief financial officer, and established a board including Stephen M. Hahn, M.D. and Saira Ramasastry.
The company is advancing PIKTOR, an investigational oral PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway inhibitor, which remains on track to deliver topline Phase 2 data in advanced endometrial cancer in the second half of 2026.
