India Medtronic Private Limited, a subsidiary of American-Irish registered medical device company, Medtronic Plc, has announced a strategic partnership with Stasis Health Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stasis Labs, Inc.

The firms are to collaborate to expand access to Stasis Monitor, a connected-care, bedside multi-parameter monitoring system. While the partnership would enhance India Medtronic Private Limited's position in the remote-monitoring space, Stasis Health Private Limited can benefit from more penetration across India.

The Stasis Monitor, which has been cleared by the FDA, is a centralized monitoring system that automates monitoring, documentation, and communication of critical patient information. In addition to digital services, the system also uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help improve patient outcomes. The system has been tested extensively in India.
