SHL Medical (SHL), a Swiss-based solutions provider of advanced drug delivery systems including autoinjectors and innovative specialty delivery systems, announced on Tuesday that it has signed a non-exclusive co-marketing collaboration agreement with Lifecore Biomedical (Nasdaq: LFCR), a US-based, fully integrated Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO).
Through this partnership, Lifecore becomes a member of SHL's recently announced Alliance Management program, an initiative created to further strengthen SHL's vertically integrated business model by facilitating customer engagement with other key players within the drug delivery ecosystem.
Under the terms of the contract, both companies say that they will exchange knowledge and experience in their respective fields, allowing them to provide their customers with unparalleled guidance in CDMO services and best-in-class options for drug delivery device development.
