Commercial-stage biotechnology company Rocket Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:RCKT) announced on Friday that it has completed the sale of its Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher, generating gross proceeds of USD180m.
The voucher was granted by the FDA in March 2026 in connection with the approval of KRESLADI, the company's gene therapy for severe leukocyte adhesion deficiency-I (LAD-I), a rare and life-threatening primary immunodeficiency.
Prior to the transaction, Rocket Pharmaceuticals reported cash, cash equivalents, and investments of USD144.4m as of 31 March 2026. Following the non-dilutive proceeds from the sale, pro forma cash, cash equivalents, and investments increased to approximately USD322.6m. The company expects this liquidity position to fund its operations into the second quarter of 2028.
