Relmada Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: RLMD), a US-based late-stage biotechnology company, announced on Thursday that it has named John Hixon as its new head of Commercial.

Hixon has more than 36 years of commercial planning and marketing experience within the biopharmaceutical industry. He has served Eli Lilly and Company for 31 years in various roles and most recently as senior director for Global New Product Planning – Biomedicines. He also founded Salt Creek Biosciences after serving Eli Lilly and Company.

Hixon holds a bachelor's degree in economics from DePauw University and an MBA from the University of Miami (Coral Gables, Florida).
