Vivera Pharmaceuticals Inc., a science-driven biopharma and MedTech company located in Southern California, announced on Thursday that it has named Kent Barkouras as its new chief commercial officer.

In the new role, Barkouras will be responsible for launching a wide range of Vivera's medical technology, biotech, biopharma and other products to the market, using data and AI as important cornerstones of the company's approach.

Most recently, Barkouras served as president of a leading patient safety company that developed proven technologies and AI to protect patients from harm.
