Element Biosciences Inc, a US-based multi-disciplinary life science company, announced on Tuesday that it has named William (Bill) P. Donnelly as a new director.

Donnelly has served for over 20 years growing the international instrumentation company Mettler-Toledo International Inc. and presently serves as lead independent director at Ingersoll Rand Inc and on the boards of T. Rowe Price and Quanterix Corporation.
