Norgine, a Europe-based specialist pharmaceutical company, announced on Monday that it has named Saulo Martiniano as its new chief operating officer (COO).

Martiniano has served at L'Oreal heading Global Manufacturing Excellence across 38 facilities globally. He has also served in senior positions at Mars and Reckitt with responsibility across many countries including Brazil, Mexico, the US, France, and the UK.

The new COO will be based in the UK and will be responsible for managing the company's global operations and driving growth across the business.
