Element Biosciences, Inc., a company that develops the Element AVITI System, announced on Thursday that it has named veteran life science executive Yaron Hakak as its new senior vice president of Corporate and Business Development.

In the new role, Yaron will head business and corporate development to expedite the firm's global growth via high impact business and strategic partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions.

Yaron has served as CEO of Jumpcode Genomics, director of Corporate and Business Development at Illumina and ddirector of Business Development at Affymetrix.
