Perrigo Company plc (NYSE; TASE: PRGO), an Ireland-based global provider of Consumer Self-Care Products, announced on Tuesday that it has completed the sale of its Generic Rx Pharmaceuticals business to US-based healthcare investment company, Altaris Capital Partners LLC.
The deal is valued at USD1.55bn, with customary adjustments, completing Perrigo's transformation to a global consumer self-care company.
