Healthcare company Rockwell Medical Inc (Nasdaq:RMTI) announced on Thursday that it has signed new distribution agreements with BioNuclear and Atlantic Medical International (AMI) in the Dominican Republic and Bermuda, anticipating USD1m in annual revenues related to these agreements.

In the Dominican Republic, a five-year distributor agreement with BioNuclear covers the import, sale and promotion of haemodialysis concentrates products. BioNuclear holds an option to extend the agreement for an additional five years.

In Bermuda, AMI will broaden its existing distribution of Rockwell Medical's products under an amended agreement.

These partnerships strengthen Rockwell Medical's presence and revenue streams in key markets.
