Russian vaccine developer, Vector Institute, has said that it expects to register a second potential vaccine against COVID-19 on 15 October 2020, Reuters news agency reported on Friday.
Reportedly, Siberia's Vector Institute had completed early-stage human trials of the vaccine in September 2020.
