GM and StopTheSpread.org on Friday announced a partnership to enable Ventec Life Systems to increase the production of its respiratory care products and ventilators to support the growing fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
StopTheSpread.org is reportedly a coordinated private sector response to the COVID-19 in the US.
Under the terms of the agreement, Ventec will leverage GM's logistics, purchasing and manufacturing expertise to construct more of their critically important ventilators.
In conjunction with the partnership, StopTheSpread.org will continue to unite business leaders across the country to collect resources to complement and support government efforts.
