Provider of healthcare solutions Ambu A/S (CPH:AMBUB) announced on Monday that Allan Søgaard Larsen has decided to withdraw from the company's board of directors, effective immediately.

The company said Larsen, who has since 2011 has been a member of the board of directors in Ambu, is leaving for personal reasons.

Ambu develops, produces and markets life-saving equipment. The company provides professional diagnostic, life supporting and training equipment. Its products are used for respiratory support and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, immobilisation and protection against infections.
