Medical electronics company Visiomed Group said on Monday that its American subsidiary BewellConnect has entered into a partnership with Janz Corporation to expand into the US market.

Through the partnership with Janz, the US health facilities will now benefit from BewellConnect's suite of connected health devices and services.

Founded in 1999, Janz Corporation is a distributor of medical devices, equipment and health services for the US Government. Is offering extends across all levels of care, from first aid to hospital equipment and from portable defibrillators to large, sophisticated imaging systems.

In conjunction, Janz has the status of a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), which permits set-aside contracting access to the US Government. Its customers include, Federal Agencies, the DoD, the VA, NATO member countries, State Governments and commercial hospitals and clinics.

As part of the agreement, Janz has chosen to distribute a limited number of brands (fewer than 30 to date), which all leaders in their field of expertise.

In conjunction, Janz has chosen to promote BewellConnect's VisioCheck, the first mobile telemedicine station that weighs less than 300 grams and measures patient blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, oximeter level and blood glucose level. These measures can prove invaluable in the armed forces.
