Magenta Therapeutics Closes Public Offering of Common Stock, Raising USD 64.8m
9 May 2019 - - US-based clinical-stage biotechnology company Magenta Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGTA) has closed a public offering of 4,887,500 shares of its common stock, including 637,500 shares of common stock sold pursuant to the underwriters' full exercise of their option to purchase additional shares, at a price to the public of USD 13.25 per share, the company said.

The total gross proceeds from the offering (before deducting underwriters' discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses) are approximately USD 64.8m. All shares of common stock were offered by Magenta.

J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Co. LLC and Cowen acted as joint book running managers for the offering. Wedbush PacGrow acted as lead manager for the offering.
