Bob Jones, CEO of The Chef's Garden, will headline the forthcoming Metabolic Health Day Conference with a keynote address. Drawing on his expertise in regenerative farming, Jones will highlight the role of farmers as custodians of health and present insights from both the field and the laboratory on sustainability, soil fertility, and nutrient density, in keeping with the philosophy of "food as medicine."
Bob Jones, co-founder and CEO of The Chef's Garden, will appear as a keynote speaker at this year's Metabolic Health Day Conference in Tucson, Arizona, on 10 October 2025. He joins a distinguished programme of leading health experts, clinicians, and wellness specialists to examine the evolving landscape of cancer care and metabolic health.
A central theme of the conference is the importance of farmers as protectors of health. "We believe very strongly that soil health promotes human health and wellness," explained Jones, an advocate of the concept of food as medicine. "We are pleased to be presenting our portion of this holistic approach to healing."
The Chef's Garden has established itself as a pioneer in regenerative farming, cultivating a wide range of vegetables, herbs, microgreens, and edible flowers for renowned chefs and home cooks worldwide. Each crop is produced with a focus on soil vitality, biodiversity, and sustainable practices, with an emphasis on achieving the highest possible nutrient density.
Jones' keynote, titled "Regenerative Agriculture & Human Health," will draw on practical fieldwork and scientific research. "We will share what we're seeing from a fertility and biological perspective as it relates to nutrient density in our produce," Jones said. "The Chef's Garden is honored and humbled to be included in this first-of-its-kind conference."
Metabolic Health Day is led by Dr Nasha Winters, a globally recognised authority in integrative cancer treatment. Dr Winters is an integrative oncology specialist, author of The Metabolic Approach to Cancer and Mistletoe and the Emerging Future of Integrative Oncology, host of the Metabolic Matters podcast, and Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Terrain Holding Companies.
For those unable to attend in person, a Virtual Watch Party option is available to purchase through the conference website until 3 October 2025.
