West Pharmaceutical Services Inc (NYSE: WST), a company involved in innovative solutions for injectable drug administration, has named Kimberly Banks MacKay as its new senior vice president general counsel and corporate secretary, effective 8 December 2020, it was reported on Monday.
MacKay is to succeed George L Miller, who is planning to retire in February 2021.
Prior to joining West Pharmaceutical Services Inc, MacKay was the senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of the The Segal Group. She has served in roles of increasing responsibilities at Novartis, including head US Legal for Novartis Business Services, deputy compliance officer for Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation and lead counsel for a large Novartis business unit. She also practiced law at MetLife, Lucent Technologies and Milbank in New York and also held a Federal clerkship and spent several years in commercial banking.
