Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC), a multi-national healthcare enterprise, has named Jonathan Dinesman as its new executive vice president, Government Relations; Shannon Bagley as executive vice president, Human Resources and H Robert Sanders as executive vice president, Human Resources effective immediately, it was reported on Tuesday.
Dinesman joined the company in 2008 as vice president of Business Development and State Affairs. He was subsequently promoted to senior vice president, Government Relations.
Bagley has been with the company since 2003 and has held positions with increasing responsibility. She has served as senior vice president, Human Resources, president and chief executive officer for Home State Health, vice president of Internal Audit and Risk Management and Health Plan controller.
Sanders joined Centene in 2003 and has lately served as senior vice president, Human Resources, responsible for all aspects of employee compensation and benefits for the enterprise.
