Richardson brings a wealth of combined experience as a registered nurse and over 10 years of executive experience across the healthcare industry. She was inspired by her personal passion as a musician for over 33 years. She began honing her musical skills at the age of twelve by playing for those within healthcare and her interest has continued from there.
