Japan-based Towa Pharmaceutical Co Ltd (TYO: 4553) has completed its acquisition of Esteve's generics division, including United States-based Breckenridge Pharmaceutical Inc, it was reported on Friday.
Towa Pharmaceutical Co Ltd has been active since 1951 and is focused on research and development, production, and marketing of generic drugs.
The Japan-based company, which has more than 3,100 employees, posted annual sales of JPY105,104m for the year ended 31 March 2019.
