23 January 2018 - - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based generic pharmaceutical products company Lannett Company, Inc. (NYSE: LCI) has added Timothy C. Crew, the company's recently appointed chief executive officer, to its board of directors, the company said.
With this appointment, the total number of directors is seven.
Earlier this month, Crew joined Lannett as CEO.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the generic and branded pharmaceutical industries, having served in leadership positions with Cipla North America, a global pharmaceutical company based in Mumbai, India, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Prior to his pharmaceutical roles, Crew served in the US Army, where he rose to the rank of Captain.
Crew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Pomona College and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School.
