The board of directors of Baxter International Inc. (NYSE:BAX) authorised a quarterly dividend of USD0.28 per share of its common stock, the company declared on Tuesday.

This cash dividend is due on 3 January 2022 to shareholders of record as of 3 December 2021.

Annually, the dividend rate is equivalent to USD1.12 per share of the company's common stock.
