United States-based Medifast Inc (NYSE: MED) announced on Thursday its quarterly cash dividend to its stockholders.
The company has declared dividend of USD1.42 per share.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record at 22 June 2021 on 6 August 2021. Medifast says that it expects to maintain a program of paying dividends on a quarterly basis, but at its discretion.
