AbbVie Inc (NYSE: ABBV) announced on Friday the declaration by its board of directors of a quarterly cash dividend of USD1.07 per share.

This cash dividend is payable on 15 November 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on 15 October 2019.

The company added that since its inception in 2013, it has increased its dividend by 168%.
